Privacy & Cookies
This website has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. It sets one cookie. This page explains that, and points to where investor data is actually handled.
What this website collects
This is a brochure site. It does not ask you for your name, your email address or any other personal information, and there is nothing on it to fill in or submit. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks or social media trackers, and we do not share anything with third parties for marketing.
The one cookie
| Name | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| ocm_ack | Records that you have read and accepted the acknowledgement shown when you enter the site, so that it is not shown again on every page. It holds the single value “1” and nothing that identifies you. | When you close your browser |
This cookie is strictly necessary for the site to work as intended: without it, the acknowledgement cannot be recorded and no page will display. Because it is strictly necessary and holds no identifying information, no consent banner is shown for it. It is a session cookie, so it is deleted when you close your browser — the acknowledgement is given per visit, not once and for all on a shared machine. You can refuse or delete it in your browser settings, and the site will simply ask for the acknowledgement again.
Server logs
The web server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs, which include the IP address the request came from, the time, the page requested, and the browser’s user-agent string. These are kept for security and diagnostic purposes, are not used to build a profile of you, and are retained for a limited period in accordance with the host’s normal practice. The site is hosted in the United Kingdom.
If you email us
If you write to one of the addresses on this site, we will hold your message and your contact details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of it. Please do not send identification documents, bank details or source-of-funds evidence by email — see the note on the contact page.
Investor data is handled elsewhere
Personal data collected in connection with an actual subscription — identification documents, source of funds, tax residence and the rest of the anti-money-laundering and FATCA/CRS material — is collected and processed by the Fund and its administrator under the Fund’s own privacy notice, which forms part of the subscription documents. That notice, not this page, governs it. The Fund is subject to the Data Protection Act (as revised) of the Cayman Islands.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of those rights in relation to this website, write to [email protected]. For data held in connection with a subscription, contact the Fund’s administrator using the details in the subscription documents.
Changes
If this site ever starts collecting anything, this page will be updated before it does.
